Fictional adaptive-reuse concept

Harbor Workshop

Palm trees framing a waterfront city skyline at dusk

A working shell reimagined for making and gathering

Harbor Workshop is a fictional adaptive-reuse study created to demonstrate a project page. The concept retains the directness of an imagined industrial frame while inserting warm, reversible rooms for making, exhibiting, meeting, and shared meals.

Existing texture and new precision are treated as complementary rather than competing ideas. This is not a completed building and represents no real site or client.
